Well, maybe not given the way they’re playing as of late.. but they DID win on May 22nd! Why is that a big deal? Because we were there! Ever since the 2010 baseball schedule was released and I saw the Cubs and Rangers were playing an interleague series in Arlington this summer, I knew I wanted to go.. and Monica, Katie Lynn, and Karyn gave me tickets to the game for my birthday.
The game was a great one – extra innings! And naturally since the Cubs won, it made the night even better. Our section was packed full of Cubs fans.. more Cubs fans than Rangers fans! There was a good size base of Cubs fans throughout the entire stadium actually.
