The Sepper Family

We have been back in the Dallas area for just over a year.  When we left Lubbock we left a lot of friends and we left our Church home.  We were sad to leave our Lubbock Church and knew we needed to find a new Church home.  It is always so hard to find a new Church.  We spent a lot of time when we first moved here looking, and looking, and looking.  Nothing was what we wanted and some where just off the mark.  After looking for a while and having no luck, we kind of gave up.  After we found out we were pregnant in December, we talked about it and we really needed to find a new church home.  Let the church search begin again.  We had much better luck this time around.  After several Church’s, we found one that we both loved!

We started attending this church back in April and then went to a Pastor’s Coffee in May.  (this gave us a chance to learn more about the church and meet some of the staff) After this meeting, we made the choice to join.  We offically joined in early July and have been going ever since. 

The Church has made us feel so welcomed and we both really enjoy the message each week.  Katie Lynn loves going to Sunday School and all the ladies there make her and us feel so welcomed. 

We already knew we had found a great Church and after having Karyn, we are even more sure this is the right place for us.  After we got home from the hospital, we got several calls from different church members offering to bring us dinner.  We were blown away by these peoples kindness and very grateful for their thoughtfulness.  We also got a small gift from the Children’s ministry and they also brought some feet to go in the front yard for a few days.  The out pouring of love from our Church home has been so wonderful.  We love that we are apart of this great Church and can’t wait to return the favor to other families.
