and the winner is…….Janae!!! Good Job, Katie Lynn’s favorite part of the zoo was the penguins. We stayed in there forever and when we tried to leave she cried.

Part 2 of 3
There has been so much going on that I haven’t had time to finish my post.
On Wednesday, Tom and I took the day off to celebrate Katie Lynn’s 1st birthday. We headed to the Fort Worth Zoo. Katie Lynn had such a great time. She loved that animals and of course she had a favorite. Can you guess what her favorite was? Leave a guess 
We started the day off by walking past the flamingos and then walked through the prime mate pavilaian.

We had so much fun and so glad that we had this day to spend as a family.

Where are the bears?? We would think that Katie Bear would love the bears!! (Since we know which was her favorite, we won’t ruin the contest!)

We love the zoo!!! My guess for Katie Lynn’s favorite is the otters. I think…I’m trying to think of what is close and interactive. Other guesses: flamiongos, meerkats, reptiles…

Ooh, I’m going to guess that she liked the penguins the best. Who doesn’t like penguins?? Looks like y’all had fun!

I am so sorry I couldn’t make it to your first birthday party. It looks like you had fun at the zoo with mommie and daddy. You loved that little elephant that was just your size didn’t you? I know you got lots of fun things to play with. Hope to see you soon before you are all grown up.

YES!! Penguins are great, and it’s neat that she was able to get right up next to their tank & watch them swim.
