Today was Katie Lynn’s first Halloween; bittersweet since that means it was the last of her holiday “firsts”.

We carved some pumpkins and placed them on the front walkway.

We then moved a couple patio chairs to the front lawn and proceeded to talk with neighbors and pass out candy to trick or treaters.

   It is very bittersweet. But, just think of how many more holidays you will spend with her and how special each one of those will be. It sure is wonderful! We love you!
